Pancake Supper

Tonight we had pancakes for supper - I love having breakfast for supper. Henry couldn't wait to push the chair up to the counter and help me make the batter. He helped crack eggs and beat them, add the ingredients and then sift them, stir the batter, and wipe off the counter (which was too cute).
