All Dressed Up

These two were lookin' pretty smart one Sunday...but turns out Charles Stanley was the only one who could have seen.  We were running late for church but going to make it there anyway, until we opened the car doors and realized both of the car seats weren't in the car!  Needless to say, Nate and I looked at each other and knew we'd be doing church at home!

After a Bath

Walter wanted to try wrapping a towel around his head the way mom does. :)

A Morning at the Office

Walter and I stopped in at the office one morning to start gathering the paperwork we need for his Certificate of Citizenship.  He was one patient kiddo and passed the time by checking out all the fun stuff in Dad's office

Family Pic, Dog Sitting, Big Wheels

We needed at least one picture of the four of us together!

We did some puppy-sitting in early January.

I felt compelled to call my dad after Nate and I finished putting these Big Wheels together - it was a lot of work and my dad put a lot of Big Wheels together in the day!  Thanks, Dad!

More Christmas 2012

Yep, there are more Christmas pictures...and it's February.  We celebrated with Nate's family the Friday after Christmas.  The boys were rough housing with cousins as soon as their shoes were off!

Relaxing before dinner.

After a delicious dinner, Grandpa W read the Christmas story from the Bible.  Grandma J had each person take a character from her nativity set and then they "built" the scene as Grandpa read.

Henry chose the "sparkly" star...Walter also wanted to be the star so Grandpa was kind enough to run through that part twice.

Getting a quick face trace from Mimi (Cousin) L.

A Cousin Pic: Henry and Walter love their cousins -
They are great about playing with the boys and including them in their fun.

What is in this box?  (It was a Spider Man sleeping bag)
Getting some help from Grandpa.

Henry was excited about his first sleeping bag, too.

Walter has been asking for these shoes ever since Henry got a pair for school (in August).
His conversation starter involves pointing out his new shoes and then taking off in a sprint
to demonstrate how fast they make him.

Oh, yes!  A new Lego Star Wars set!!!

Walter was pretty excited about getting his own set.

Posing with presents for the camera (Henry is the more serious model on the left).

Checking out the Lego sets with Dad.

Nate with his brothers and Mom

We spent the rest of the weekend playing games, eating yummy treats, and catching up.  There's usually so much going on and the boys are off trying to keep up with the big kids, which means I end up not taking very many pictures, but it was a wonderful weekend.  We're very thankful that we can enjoy being with our families at Christmas.
